Day 1943 | Beating the Heat

Today was uncomfortable. Just super hot and gross. I convinced the boys to take a morning bike ride to beat the heat. We had a lovely bike ride but we did not beat the heat. It sure was nice to get out, though!

Guess what's back?!? Our family is hosting a book drive for the Give a Kid a Book project again this year. We would love it if you could help the boys reach their goal of donating 400 books (!!!) to kids in need between now and November 30.

Halloween 2024 was one of the best yet (despite the terrible weather)! Even our feline friends got in on it. We’ve got a classic banana, Marethyu (from the series The Legends of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel), and two Ty Beanie Babies. Happy Hal
